Shipping costs
Shipping costs for your Jdrshops order are calculated based on the size and weight of the box required to safely ship your items. We want to ensure your cups, glitter, and DTF arrive in perfect condition!
Shipping options
We currently offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery after processing. We're always looking for ways to improve, so stay tuned for potential expedited options in the future!
Returns and exchanges
At Jdrshops, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn't right, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. We'll provide a return address, and upon receiving the returned item, we'll send a replacement. Please note: We do not offer refunds. Also, no returns are accepted on glitter or DTF products.
Order processing time
Please allow 7 business days for us to process your order. This processing time is in addition to the standard shipping timeframe. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your unique Jdrshops items!
